Sherry Blyton
Allow me to introduce myself. I am Sherry Blyton, President, Incorporator, Owner of Title Rite Services, Inc., Licensed Resident Producer for Title Insurance, Notary Public, and Licensed Merchant Mariner . I am a member of the Maryland Land Title Association, Howard County Association of Realtors and the Maryland Association of Realtors. I am an appointed title producing agent/producer for The Security Title Guarantee Corporation of Baltimore, Fidelity National Title Company and Old Republic National Title Insurance Company.
I have grown up in Maryland where I attended St. Mary's of Mills School and Pallotti High School in Laurel, Maryland. I graduated the University of Maryland in 1987 with a Bachelor of Science. I began in the title industry in 1985 and incorporated Title Rite Services in 1995. I have built my company on a foundation of personal customer service. Call me and experience REAL customer service.
In my spare time I enjoy spending time on the water with my husband and 2 dogs (Harley and Nellie) family and friends.
Kim Puller
My name is Kimberly Puller and I started in the title industry in 1985 working as a marketing representative. Back then only attorneys did settlements, and after two years of marketing I knew that I could also conduct a settlement. It was only after going through an intense training regimen for over a year that I was allowed to conduct my first settlement. With the knowledge that I have gained, I am able to provide my clients a clear understanding of the settlement process. I am a Licensed Settlement Officer and Notary Public with over 25 years in the settlement industry. I am an appointed title producing agent/producer for The Security Title Guarantee Corporation of Baltimore, Fidelity National Title Company and Old Republic National Title Insurance Company
I was born and raised in Maryland and have never left. My parents owned the grocery store Herman's in Riviera Beach. I am married and have two teenage children and a beautiful; 86 pound Golden Retriever, that thinks he's a lap dog... usually my lap!! Both my children are very active in numerous sports, including soccer, field hockey, basketball, wrestling and of course lacrosse. They have grown up playing on teams throughout our local community, travel clubs and now at their high schools, Archbishop Spalding and Mount St. Joseph.
Jessica Sullivan
Jessica lives in Anne Arundel County. She has been a settlement officer for over 8 years and title Processor for 13 years. Jessica has been working in the real estate industry for 18 years. She has many family members who have prospered in the Real Estate Industry for the past 40 years. Jessica has experience in many different fields of the Real Estate Industry which include, New Construction, Real Estate Assistance, Mortgage Loans, Residential Appraising, and Title Insurance.
Jessica is a member of the Maryland Land Title Association and is appointed by Fidelity National Title Insurance Company, The Security Title Guarantee Corporation of Baltimore and Old Republic. Jessica is a very hard worker that is extremely organized, detail oriented, self sufficient and in dependant. She loves working in such a fast paced environment and is completely dedicated to providing the highest quality service possible. Jessica strongly believed in achieving 110% customer satisfaction from each and every client.
