Do you know there are discounts on title insurance premiums, and do you know how to obtain these discounts?
The consumer may be entitled to discounts on title insurance premiums by obtaining the existing owner's title insurance policy.

Do you know we will travel for settlement at no extra charge to make the settlement location convenient to all parties?
Title Rite has traveled to closings since 1995. We believe closing should be convenient to all parties. We will travel to the lender's office, the realtor's office, and even to a client's home at no extra charge.

Do you have experienced professionals available to answer questions? Before, during and after settlement?
Title Rite's staff is experienced and professional. If at any time, you have a question, we are here to help find the answer. You will never hear from someone at Title Rite that only "one" person can handle the situation.
